Description
This 75 sq. m. flat, located in a pedestrian area in a 17th century building, offers a rare and privileged location in the heart of the historic old town of Annecy. It has been beautifully renovated with quality fittings and equipment. New carpentry and high performance soundproof glazing were installed in April 2021 to ensure maximum comfort. It is on the 2nd floor without a lift (not suitable for people with reduced mobility).

The OLAF accommodation has been managed since 2018 a new advert was published on Airbnb on 07/10/2022 for technical reasons (the old advert had excellent reviews: 114 reviews and average rating 4.93/5, see on the photos).
For your comfort, the facilities are of very good quality. You will benefit from :
- a 160cm x 190cm bed
- 2 beds 90cm x190cm
- a sofa bed in the living room with a 14cm mattress
- fans on stand in each room
- an umbrella bed
Please note that the beds will be made up on arrival with towels provided.
At your disposal, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster. Capsules, tea and sugar are available.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher (shelves provided), induction hob, oven, microwave.
There is also a washing machine (washing powder provided) and a tumble dryer.
Cleaning products and toilet paper provided.
Pay parking for 2 minutes:
2 days package = 25€.
3 day package = 33€.
5 day package = 45€.
