Can we arrive before 3pm or leave after 12pm?
Victim of its own success, the apartment is rented out every day of the year, and the cleaning service arrives at 12:00.
It is therefore complicated to allow arrivals before 3pm, or departures after 12pm. This requires a reorganization of the cleaning schedule. Thank you for your understanding!

How does the deposit work?
Airbnb does not collect the deposit at the time of booking. The platform simply checks with your bank to ensure that you are able to reimburse any damage you may cause during your stay.

Are vacation vouchers and cash accepted?
No, we only accept payment by credit card.

Can the property be rented by the month at a reduced rate?
All our accommodations are available for short-term rental only, and cannot be rented by the month at a reduced rate.
